Spring in Full Swing

Wow have things changed since my last update! I think most follow us on social media, so you all see our day to day posts and updates. But for those that don't, I'll try to recap.

Our ducks and chickens are laying regularly, and our IPPs are fully mature and are hopefully making us some bacon bits soon 😉. Our Shed is finally on its way to being finished, but unfortunately Jourdian (my husband) had a farm injury that required surgery with significant recovery time. It has put us behind in a few ways, and the shed is definitely one of them. We are SO CLOSE to having it finished, we just need a little extra time. Our silver fox rabbits are producing well for us, and I’m so please with the breed. The spring was an excellent season for the greenhouse, we sold a record number of plants this year! Our garden is mostly planted, with just a little more work to be done.

There’s always 15 projects lined up over here, and we are slowly but surely getting things done. It’s been a wild year for sure, but I think I say that every year! So here’s to hoping and praying for a good garden year, and some piglets this summer
